Cookies with Chocolate Chunks and Nuts

Process

Mix the cocoa powder and the baking powder with butter until it reaches a ‘sandy’ consistency. Next, add eggs and mix with chunks and nuts. Scoop the dough with an ice-cream spoon, or roll each cookie into a ball. Bake at 170°C for around 10 minutes in a ventilated oven.

Chef's Tip

You can also make a plain dough and add the chocolate chunks after mixing. In this way, you can add different types of chunks to your basic dough. You can also mix the chunks with nuts fruits, to create your own cocktail.
