Crispy Cereals chocolate bars

I. COMPOSITION
- Dark Chocolate
- Green Pistachio
- Pink Chocolate
- Yellow
II. DARK CHOCOLATE
PROCESS
- Melt the chocolate and temper
- Sprinkle the Crispy Cereal Mix into the plastic mould (+/- 15 gram)
- Add tempered chocolate
- Top with Crispy Cereal Mix
III. GREEN PISTACHIO
- Obsession 30 Belgian white chocolate
- Crispy cereal Mix
- Chopped Pistachio nuts
- Green Color powder
- Salt flakes
PROCESS
- Melt the chocolate, add the green colour powder and temper
- Sprinkle Crispy Cereal Mix into the plastic mould (+/- 10gram) + Chopped Pistachio (5 g)
- Add tempered chocolate
- Top with Crispy Cereal Mix + Chopped Pistachio and salt flakes
IV. PINK CHOCOLATE
- Delight 29 Belgian white chocolate
- Crispy cereal Mix
- Yodry – yoghurt powder
- Raspberry Powder
- Rice vinegar powder
PROCESS
- Melt the chocolate, temper and add yoghurt powder and raspbery powder (200 g white chocolate + 10 g raspberry powder + 10 g yoghurt powder + 5 g rice vinegar powder)
- Sprinkle into the plastic mould (+/- 10gram) + Chopped Pistachio (5 g)
- Add pink chocolate
- Top with Crispy Cereal Mix
V. YELLOW
- Obsession 30 Belgian white chocolate
- Yellow Colour powder
- Lemon peel powder
- Rice Vinegar Powder
- Crispy cereal Mix
PROCESS
- Melt the chocolate, temper and add the yellow colour powder, lemon peel powder and rice vinegar powder (250 g white chocolate + 5 g lemon peel powder + 5 g rice vinegar powder)
- Sprinkle Crispy Cereal Mix into the plastic mould (+/- 15 gram)
- Add yellow “lemon” chocolate
- Top with Crispy Cereal Mix
